Your First Visit
Before your first visit, please gather any previous veterinary or adoption records you have. We need this information to create an accurate medical history and the best treatment plan for your pet.
When you visit our hospital, please bring your pet in a carrier or on a leash. This will prevent any incidents with other animals that may be in the lobby area. After checking in with the receptionist, a staff member will escort you and your pet to an exam room, where you will be asked to fill out the appropriate forms and a health questionnaire.
When the veterinarian examines your pet, she will take time to listen and ask questions so she can thoroughly understand your concerns. She will perform a complete exam and will ask you about your pet’s habits and activities.

We accept cash, all major credit cards, and personal checks on a local bank. If financial assistance is needed, we also offer our clients Care Credit. In addition, we will assist you by providing documentation and records for your pet insurance needs.
